Ive had a real bad year from the start of it and the problem is still there, but im a fighter and you just not to let anyone or anything make you that unhappy. Exercise, find a hobby you enjoy, listen to your favourite music. Whatever works for you, no it wont take all of that feeling away but its help, and also whatever bothering you sort it.........
