They are a distraction and need to be told to go back to their own area as discretely as you can.....had to tell a woman this during the summer, her husband was working part-time at the shop and she thought nothing of coming to the office and sitting around making stupid remarks, the last time she brought a friend and they sat down like they had business and stayed for a couple of hours. I let the boss tell her.
