What do ya'll think?

How long do ya'll think it should take them to call you after going on a second interview for a job?

About 5 business days seems fair. A second interview should have weeded out alot of potential candidates the first go round,so they shouldn't need much time to make a decision. However since staffing at most places is stretched, the hiring people may be performing multiple tasks so be positive and Good Luck!

it should be no longer than you waited between the first and second interviews. "should" isn't always what "is", though.

ive been told to call in every week at least once so they dont just forget about you.

I'm in the job market right now as well, and the typical phrase I see is "within 2 weeks". Best of luck, y'all!
