Reduce fluid intake to sips and then gradually increase to chicken soups and other such things. MIght want to drink some Gatorade to keep your electrolytes in balance too.

Stomach flu simply has to pass. The main danger is dehydration.Even though it is difficult, try to keep down some liquids. Light chicken soup, such as chicken bouillon, or chicken with rice, jello, water as much as possible, stay away from tea as it will dehydrate you, and try some Saltine crackers if you get very hungry.

When i had it the doctor said id have to clear it out of my system(stomach) before he gave me pills... Very unpleasant.

Not enough - I used to work in a charity that promoted its right to exist, but they closed us down due to insufficient funds. Viva stomach flu.
