What do you do if u got ur girl pregnant, demands for money and not wanting you back.?

shes pregnant.. she broke up wth me. she told me before she does not need any help from me.. after 4 months shes telling me why did i not help her. crazy huh? nwe, she wants financial support.... yet does not want me back neither do not want to talk to me.. she just want cash. i am havng second thoughts on will i or will not provide. thnks.

Get a paternity test. If it is your child, support her in any way that you can. Assert your right to be with child if that is something you want.

Legally and morally, you must pay. She takes you to court, and you will have no choice. It does not look good if you don't have a record of providing money PRIOR to going to court. Make sure you keep ALL documentation, such as check stubs. You will have to pay any pack pay depending on what she gets from the courts against what you have paid previously.

Any child should not have to suffer because two people decided to have a little fun one night and now they aren't so sure they should have. Opps! Should have thought of that BEFORE you took off your pants!!! The baby needs money for medical expenses, food, diapers, clothes..... go grab your wallet daddy!!! You have rights, if it's your child....make sure that you establish that, in a court...whether she wants you back or not, it doesn't change the fact that this baby deserves to have a relationship with his/her father....(that's you).... Don't ever get caught up in hurt feelings, or resentment, to the point where you do not take care of your responsibility, just because of the mother....Think of what's best for the child....This baby needs security...you don't have to live together, to give him/her that....But, you do have to be mature.... CorneaGenii	Posted Jun 12th, 2009 at 2:18PM Sorry, dude. You're screwed. Paternity test or not, if she takes this to court, an overwhelming majority of the cases have ruled in favor of the mother. The legal system doesn't give a rat's *ss if you're the father or not. The only thing that matters is the welfare of the child. (It's ALL about the children, remember.) By the way, it's BOTH man and woman's responsibility to prevent unplanned pregnancy, not just the guy. Rated: +2Vote for this!

If it is meant to be with you two she'll come around when her hormones are back in balance. Kudos for being a stand up guy and offering help in the first place. You are not legally obligated until that time to provide any financial support. If you're a good guy and didn't cause the relationship problems I don't know why she'd break up with you and tell you she didn't want to be with you unless she's been involved with another man. If the two of you (the mother) are not getting along then you are going to have a pretty rough 18 years. Try not to let any anamosity between you and the mother affect the child.
