Kickboxing was the first step. But actually the only thing that actually works is really feeling the anger and finding out what's the underlying issue. Mine is injustice. So when I feel like I'm not being treated fairly I really get angry. This mostly shows up in relationships. Anyway, I hope you find what causes your anger and manage to resolve it. Anger can be really hard on you.
