Workout, journal, get out and don't just keep to myself. That just makes it worse.
Dance. Favorite music. Dance. Dance until I can't move. Depression is impossible.
Think through whats has you down. Don't push things away it only leads to trouble. If its nothing in particular talk to yourself. Some random person in your head start talkin' like you've known this person for years. Discuss stupid small things like how if you say a word to many times it sounds wrong or talk about something big like the universe. Doesn't really matter what you say just talk. Things bubble up and it may help.
Lately, I try to help someone on EP, and that makes me feel good.
