I concentrate on things which are must to do irrespective of how I feel, for example, work related things, daily routines. And in this ritual I tend to start getting normal. Then I speak to my parents to get to a normal state ....<br />
At times when I dont speak to anyone, I start taking some tough stances and then work towards them

When I'm sad or anyone for that matter is imbalanced. To find that balance you need to find your happy :) for me that's going to the gym making new goals playing with my pets hanging out with my sisters and mum and friends. It's all about the happiness. Happiness brings clarity to your life ❤️
