Usually a little "time out" works for me...

Grit my teeth and put one foot in front of the other until the feeling passes or eases up. Giving up is not an option. Physical activity, like running, helps me think things through
Well.. maybe it's time to give up.. I will think backward how I feel about it.. If there was so many times I found reason to give up maybe it's time.. No ? Different case ?
