turn to some activity and work like crazy on it.

go for a lay down
disguise it with a smile, or better yet, use the "silent treatment" normally i become skilled in video games, beating arrogant annoying pla<x>yers, who pissed me off, when i use the silent treatment.
Explore the feeling, accept what has upset me... then move on. mx:))
