smile and talk with him/her but isolate from your company, start maintaining your distance from him/her. ... do not let him on to your thoughts .
better to have an enemy recognized by you than have such a friend who stabs you behind your back.
He is taking an advantage of you knowing you had no one else to depend upon.now see the outcome
no friend of mine would talk bad about me behind my back. if they do, they're not true friends.
All friends talk.
they may talk, but if it comes back to you that they're slamming you to others, that's not what friends do.
True.. But I would need to know why. Perhaps mad . I like to hear my friends out.
Then they might not be your true friends.
You know thats not a real friend!
I realize they arent a true friend and like their trust, I fade away from their life until they see that they really do need someone like me and apologize
Step 1: Stop calling them a "friend".
Why? All friends talk
No. I don't mean it in that way. How do you know your friend talked badly about you?
Than talk to your friend. How did you find out?
If it's thru a third party than it's probably not that serious
If you feel he or she did than you need to talk to that person directly to figure out what's going on.
You are not being a good friend assuming.
Huh? She admitted talking bad about you and trashing your name?
I glad you know you were right
They do. Some times our unrealistic expectations of friendships doesn't exist .
Stay right ... :)
I take every care to save myself from such people.
A good *** kicking solves a lot of problems.
Call her out on it. If shes your true friend, she'll listen.
I make fun of them.
tough to take it...but then when post graduate students are officially asked to give feedback for their teachers,it is acceptable in a system.
secondly, with the new internet interactions/networking culture, a companion/new contact is called a friend.the distinction between companion n friends is kinda vanished...but human reality still requires it.
Nothing, its normal -__-"
But if I hear it I'll walk right into their conversation.
Well I don't think I have a lot of true friends.
