Good for you! Emotional eating can pack on the pounds. Change your focus from whatever is bothering you to something positive like a bright sunny day; go for a walk and take in the beauty all around you; Think of all the positives/blessings in your life. Watch a really funny movie...laugh so hard you cry. I find prayer helpful. You can check out some of the stories on EP regarding depression for more tips. Take care.

I seek God by reading and listening to the bible, pray to him when I'm are depressed. Also I look for someone to help ep is a great place. It's help me to keep my mind off of myself.
