focus on present ..than forgettin past...
if you live in past you will be depressed... stay positive.. miss healthy days..cherish good times..hold some good memories and put them on shelf..once in a while read those memories..and move on!

If the past doesn't matter, then do something in the present to let the person you miss know that you do miss him/her. Call him/her, meet up with the person, talk to each other if you can, and simply enjoy the moment as much as you can.

I usually make up conversations with the person, or act out short stupid situations when no one's looking haha. Then i play the mood swing game, weep. you can try to get busy but it's quite hard to focus on anything when someone's all over your mind

You just miss them is all. It sucks (for lack of a better expression). So sorry you are hurting. It will get better. xo

Accept what I am feeling because there is a reason I am missing that someone. I like to walk and/or ride my mtn bike and let my thoughts - emotions take their course. Eventually I move forward.
