'Chew' it mentally, by thinking about it and how I'm going to solve it again and again, until I no longer feel stress or dread when I think about it.

I use 'post it ' notes and break the issue down bit by bit until I have exhausted all possibilities and then using different combinations of them I am able to make sense and work my way through the possibilities, the options and my choices.<br />
It can sometimes takes days untIl I find an answer but seeing it in black and white makes it REAL<br />

If I can I talk to someone about it or if that's not possible I get in the car drive 20 miles to the coast and have a walk there.
