First of all tell your parents, teachers and principal about the threats and then get a restraining order against him. Also document the threats he makes to you and if you have witnesses to the threats that is good too.

Yo need to make people aware of the situation.... and not make it out to be no big deal the bigger deal you make about his threats the more you turn the threats in the better off you are. I would get a restaining order out on him... DONT let him scare you with.. if you tell I will hurt you bc everyone knows when you dont tell you get hurt.

You get a restraining order against him! My sisters ex boyfriend was threatening her while she was pregnant with my niece. He just made her life a living hell and she got a 5 year order of protection against him and the judge ordered another against him when the 5 years were up.

Tell him if he dont stop with the threats you gonna get a peace order againt him , tell his mother on him if he listens to her the principal usually handles all that with a confrence.

Best Answer

Tell the principal. He is bound to face legal difficulties and perhaps a restraining order. They would probably warn him before putting a restraining order on him though.

Immediately tell either a parent or guardian and have them with you when you then tell someone at school, say a school teacher/headteacher so that they can act but you should also contact the police. No one has the right to threaten or intimidate anyone, ever.
