    Friends are forever, otherwise they arent friends, in your case, find new ones, make new ones

    personally, i didn't do anything when i realized that i no longer had any real friends.. but if it bothers you, you could try to make new friends..

    most people are in a weird stage of life (some are in a weird stage all of their life).. try looking for free activities that interest you, in your area.. meetup.com is a website that might be worth checking out, there people with similar interests get together.. good luck..
