I really don't know how to answer this but here goes when your feeling lonely you should talk to someone who is very close to you someone who understand or you can go out try meet new friend there is someone out there for everybody it might be hard but just give it a try

I play the piano or do something very CREATIVE. This remiinds me that I am am not alone.<br />

If it's serious sense of loneliness, I meditate and remind myself of the same thing in another way.<br />

both involve stepping away from a belief in separateness.
