something without caffeine and carbonation! preferably water or lemonade! :D or a cold glass of iced tea, that's good too :)

home made "sun kissed" tea-- tea bags and water placed in a glass gallon jar sat out on the front porch all day. Then add a touch of lemon and tons of ice. yummmmy!

water that isn't cold but room temperature. When you drink a cold beverage your body actually works harder to warm it up and bring it up to your body temperature so you don't cool down- your body is working so it's actually producing more heat. drinking water that is already luke warm will actually cool you off faster because you body doesn't have to work to heat it up.

HOT TEA ! It brings my body temperature up a notch so that it does not feel as hot outside.
If I get cooler...the temperature feels hotter.

Suntea made with Good Eath's "Green Tea with LemonGrass." I keep a pitcher ice cool and sip it through the day.
