Nothing - I just wait it out and get through the day as best as I can. I need to get prescription pain meds for my migraines

Tinkerbell2	Posted Feb 5th, 2009 at 5:58PM When I get a migraine I like to use this cold eye cover I keep in the fridge. I take my pain killer (over counter) turn off all this light and noise and take a nap. I usually wake up minus the migraine and just a little out of it. Migraines leave me pretty tired. The cold feels so good, at least that's what works for me, hope I helped!!! Good-luck Rated: +1Vote for this!

LunaDreamer	Posted Feb 5th, 2009 at 5:58PM Try this: Lie in bed on your back in a darkened room with a heating pad or hot water bottle on your pelvic area and an ice pack beneath the back of your neck. This should help relieve the hormonally mediated vascular spasms that are the cause of your headache. I and several friends have had much success with this method. Let me know how this works for you. howsab	Posted Feb 5th, 2009 at 5:58PM I take Excedrin PM. Then I lie down with my ipod and listen to my favorite music til I fall asleep. It still takes the headache away even if I don't fall asleep. Rated: +1Vote for this!
