What do you find odd about someone who cannot feel emotions?

I can't feel emotions. I've learned to mimic them quite well but most people can still tell the difference. What do you find odd about someone like me, who hasn't ever truly been happy, in love or angry?

Emotions are the most human thing about anyone. Most of the time emotions are what form people's personalities. Their views on life and subjects. People's actions are based on their emotions. It's odd because, especially someone as emotional as me wonders, how is it impossible to FEEL? How can certain things not make you happy or sad or angry. How can you have never felt love towards someone? The majority of people can perhaps understand people who have odd feelings towards things. But someone who feels nothing at all?? I myself, as a very understanding and accepting person, find that concept difficult to understand. A person who feels no emotions. Emotions are what make me who i am. So i guess i just wonder who are you? And how do you know if you've never felt anything? There are a lot of emotions that come from certain situations that help shape who we become. Do you get that same experience? I guess its just like any other thing, with the lack of knowledge/understanding. I, being someone who is EXTREMELY emotional, find it difficult to understand how Anyone could feel NOTHING. Ever. Its just a concept i find difficult to comprehend. I guess thats whats odd about it. Humans are supposed to be emotional creatures. But i guess no one is perfect. <3

But i'm mostly an imitation of other people. If someone were nice to me, i'd feel the same as I do right now, If someone were mean to me, i'd feel the same. I have to picture someone else smiling before I can smile. I felt real sadness once when I was 12. I was pushed through my breaking point. I really did cry I've never felt nothing like that again. Also, I isolated everyone I knew from my life, I felt no different than how I do right now. I didn't shed one tear when my dad pointed a gun at me, i didin't feel scared or anything. I just thought "ok. he wants me gone" and hitch hiked to another town and started all over again.

Well maybe that's it. You felt something once. Maybe you could feel again. Perhaps where most people have feelings about Everything, you only feel in extreme situations. Well, pain at least. Since you didn't feel fear at that moment. Although I'm not sure if i would either, that just depends. Honestly, it doesn't seem like there's anything wrong with you. Perhaps some day you'll feel again. Maybe it'll even be in a good way. I hope you do. Feelings aren't always great, but when they are they're amazing. And even the slightest bit of happiness can make your day. So i hope one day you could feel something again. But emotions cant be copied. Its a self-thing. So maybe Try to feel something. Or maybe try to feel nothing. Instead of copying, just focus on yourself. Like i said, you don't seem like a bad person. And compared to what's wrong with some people. There is Nothing wrong with you. But i hope one day someone or something makes you feel. And not pain, but something good. :)

i don't find anything odd about it..just incredibly sad. It indicates to me ..a damaged soul.

I can't truly understand people. It's caused me to be very distant and I wound up isolating everyone I knew in my hometown.
