well I don't know if he was serious or not he sounded like he was and I wear rings sometimes and one day he put one of them on my ring finger as a promised ring :)

If he's promised to get you a ring on your anniversary, then maybe the important thing is saving for a first and last deposit on an apartment and graduating so you can get decent jobs and afford to have the kids you both want. I hope it works out because you're probably both really young and people keep changing as they grow older.

so without the ring you are worried? Why is the ring so important to you now? He will get it, but its just a material thing. He has already proposed to you, you 2 are already planning a life together.... not having a ring isnt that important now.
