I am finishing up a quiche that I made on Sunday morning. I like a good breakfast and sometimes skip lunch because of time constraints.

Thinking of a nice hot bowl of oatmeal and maybe some toast. Yeah, I usually try to eat some fruit and grains and dairy for breakfast, keeping down on sugar and salt as much as I can. I even switched to only egg-whites to lower my cholesterol.
