Well, whenever I get depressed, I log in and answer a few questions and then, when I feel OK again, I log out and feel happy again....(it's a very cheap and easy therapy)... :)))

My name has sad in it, so happiness is hardly ever an emotion that I feel.

:( but what is the connection with having the ''sad'' as part of your name and rarely feeling the opposite emotion of it?

On one side I feel happiness is inside, and doesn't need much to invoke 'happiness' so just clear and peaceful mind should do.
Other side, when I see what all can influence the above mentioned clear and peaceful mind are factors which are close to my heart...family etc. If I see happy faces and they either say things will be alright or we are happy because of you....I am happy.
From wiki: Serotonin is a hormone popularly thought to be a contributor to feelings of well-being and happiness.
