No, no, everyone is doing it wrong. Start with very fresh ground beef, place a pat of butter inside, form patty. Use only aged cheeses, what ever your preference. Always cook medium rare. The bun: lightly toasted on the grill, ketsup and mustard always go on the bottom, mayo on the top. Onion on the bottom, tomato on the top. Squeeze and bite. Now I'm hungry.
