It makes me feel good when I wake up and hear people doing things, I wouldn't say anything.

hey, i just finished typing my answer for 5 am!

it's the same, though: find out what time your city allows loud noise. some have a law like 8-9 AM. (i wish they had laws that you had to wait til NOON) then if you find out he's violating the noise ordinance, call the cops while hes doing it.

OR - blast opera aout the window at odd hours.

Show your appreciation of your neighbor's work by repairing his siding at sunrise; be sure to use the longest nails, and the largest hammer, you can find!

I would say nothing. I've had some very unpleasant and some very strange experiences with neighbors over the years. The most obvious is that if you criticize the neighbor, the neighbor may criticize you. I'd rather put up with some nuisance behavior and avoid making enemies over trivial things.

Nothing much, perhaps I'd ask if he wanted to do mine, but really I couldnt be bothered going out there and yelling over the lawnmower

Get up and enjoy your Saturday, 7am isnt really that early. Unless of course you are a shirt worker having just come home and climbed into bed in which case you'd have probably said so in your questions details

And of course by 'shirt' worker I really mean shift worker..... Heck a typo like that is almost as bad as trying to move your lawn at 7 in the morning
