For some reason my social anxiety seems to go away when I'm doing sports. For example, when I play softball I'm really engaged into the fun of it with my teammates but on a usual day i don't know what to say. How about you? What's your experience and what sports do you play?

Social anxiety stops me from doing lots of things, Not because I cant handle the anxiety, but because the social anxiety subconsciously keeps you from trying.
