    Depends on the situation and/or person. Usually it means they're just deep in thought, on occasion, it may be a challenging look, or the look of warning before the action begins.

    That is why I said context (did a love one just die or our they coming from combat) my bet (more often than not, that they're "a poser" someone that, for some reason, wants people to "see" them give that "blank look" stare. Again, I would have no way of knowing.
