What do you think of Eminem?

Never listened to him much before, but now I am finding I love his raw passion, emotion, and anger. I think he is an amazing artist. He also makes me feel a bit differently about Detroit, the biggest problem city in my state. How about you?

I can't stand him.

I know he's popular, but to me he just looks like an angry little boy trying to prove how tough he is.

I also find his voice very annoying and nasally.

He's good. And not just for a "white" rapper. He's just good. One of the last of the guys from the generation that bred Tupac, Notorious BIG, Ice Cube, Eazy E, Nas, Immortal Technique, etc. And far superior to 2k rappers like Lil Wayne and Drake.

The guy just blows my mind. Literally. And I've never even really been attracted to this genre of music before. I love his videos. The one where he shoots himself in the head is just like ****, I get that.

He's still really popular and has millions of Twitter followers. I wanted to like his music but my ears can't seem to appreciate his nasally voice.

I've run into artists like this. It's impossible if you find you can't like the person's voice. Me, I love his voice because he just sounds so raw. For me, RUSH is one I tried to like...but I can't get past the guy's damn voice...lol.

Some of it is massive rap, yeah...but some's more hip hop. I see what you mean with that. I was the same before I just played his top 100 from youtube on the Bose last night. I was like...woah
