I love France....I think the French stand up for their rights definitely much more than the Irish and they are a passionate race of people like the Italians.
I love French food, their villages and towns, their bread , their films, their language their accents ...oh I could go on and on...I considered living there for a while but circumstance held me to Ireland but hey ho, maybe one day :)
Love and light
Tara xx

I loved France, though I went completely broke and ignorant of the language. I would play music and beg wherever I went. I had a shop keeper chase me down the street hitting me over the head with a broom screaming at me and when I got my bearings I asked one of my English speaking associates "what did he say"
"Oh, he said you need to learn some new songs"

Hmmm, let me see. I can't think of anything. I guess I'll have to give up. Yep, I surrender!

This might be stereotypical thinking on my part, but from French films I get the impression that the culture accepts that women can remain attractive as they age. The women encourage each other to keep up their allure somehow without denying nature and I LOVE that about them!!!

The ones I have met seemed rather full of themselves and aloof..not saying all French are like that, just the ones I have met.

Love everything about the French. Mostly their extreme attention to detail, in food, fashion, and life!
