Many of us have retained our comittment to change things, fight against Fascism, discrimination, Wars, etc. Many of us still wear tie dye T shirts, make candles, live off the grid, don't eat meat, grow our own food, leave as small a footprint as possible, get stoned, and live in Peace.

There are many who still live true to the vision. Not as many as I would like, but many.
There are many scientists who took their vision into science. They are now discovering the most amazing things about who and WHAT we are and the role that "mind" plays in our reality. It will not be many more years before the young people who have a basic understanding of the vision will add their voices to ours.

Some stayed true, most did not. The ones that stayed true seemed to be the happiest in their lives. Yeah, I'm old enough to know some of both categories.

I am okay with hippies. I don't think they sold themselves out. Just settled down and had families and you need money to raise a family.
