What do you think of this quote on staying strong?

"Never lose yourself in the cave of sadness. Keep your eyes on the stars ans strength in your heart. Soon, you will once again find your self dancing in the beautiful meadow of happiness."

To me it means.... You can never lose your way if you keep focused on the stars through the mouth of the cave (lifes trail). You may feel lost (depressed ect) but, you know that there is away out even if it may be hard (faith). You have to stay strong to win the fight out of the dark cave (have hope) but, once you reach the mouth you can run into the bright beautiful meadow and once again your soul is free to dance in happiness.
