Resolved Question

ok, i am so not putting down anyone's job at the hospital because im sure its challenging and because it is lincoln co health systems, im sure its mainly short staffed. but i am a little ticked off that the people (residents or patients at donaldson or lincoln) that has stayed in the hospital for a while and then come back to donaldson or skill are not shaved, not bathed and their hair is full of knotts. to top it off their bottoms and privates are so red and have places on them as well. Today we got residents back from the hospital and their har was GREEN. That is so f n sick. not to mention the smell. it took me 25 minutes to brush 1 lady's hair because it was so tangled (i tried conditioner, lotion, and black people hair lotion just to try to detangle the mess) i was felt bad about having to yank and her head like that. to me that is just neglect there. plain and simple neglect. i have also had differnt grandparents at the hospital and they will try everything to not bathe or shower them, how lazy , i work my __ off most of the time not taking a break and they cant bathe them?It takes 20 minutees!!! I always seem them sitting at the nurse's station and if im getting this all wrong and say im just catching EVERYONE while EVERYONE takes a break maybe they need more techs to work there,.. something!!!! my grandfather looked like a mountain man from the lack of shaving not to mention his aweful nappy hair. does anyone have an answer for this?

Wow! That is just unethical. You should report it to HR. That really ticks me off.
