    If there are things about him now that you don't like and want him to change, time to move on. That will be a frustration for you for the rest of your relationship. Either accept him as he is or move on and find one you can accept the way he is now.

    They generally have to see the benefit to themselves. That's not just a man thing though, it's most of us.

    And it's hard to get people to change. Really hard.
