    Nope but it's a result of totalitarian agriculture too. In the neolithic we started to stay in one place and settle (in our own filth) to practice agriculture that resulted in the idea of controlling or owing land. As surpluses came populations grew and more land was required to meet the needs of a growing population and you get to a different kind of war than that practiced by tribal hunter gatherers. Eden was the much more stable system before we decided that we could control nature to our own designs rather than accepting her gifts each to their own season. We pat ourselves on the back over all this but the track record comparatively isn't good to the huge amount of time hunter gatherer culture proved itself stable. When living cells making up your body go their own way it's called cancer. Whatever civilization thinks it's achievements are it's yet to produce much more than some questionable holy books that has lasted more than a few generations.
