It means don't judge a person by the way they look. Often I've come across the prettiest girls have the ugliest personalities and vice versa. This also works for guys....but I often find the pretty boys are also the most boring and bland people you can come across. When the guy stares more in the mirror than you....it becomes tiring after the first time!

A pretty face doesn't necessarily mean there is a pretty heart behind it. Many a b**** look pretty but what is on the inside, is plain ugly.
