What does being C/Keltic mean to all you peeps in the UK or elsewhere?

I am curious how far removed from the roots and/or ancestral land can you be and still consider yourself C/Keltic?
Is it faith or a religion or both or more?
Do you have in your daily routines rituals and prayers which are for you inherently C/Keltic? Describe them.
Can you be one if you are not living in the UK?
If you are not to your knowledge of C/Keltic blood is there a way you can convert to this faith/religion?

Any other tidbits of information would be great!

In my wild pre midlife years I read so may books by the great Morgan Llywellyn(sp) and wow she opened my eyes wide. Her books are about the C/Kelts and their predecessors' lives; historical fiction.
However she does incorporate the greats like Brian Boru, the Druids, and so on into her tales. But there is much fighting such as the clashes when the Christians came and killed the Druids,it was very hard reading in many parts.

BTW~ I have a yearning for her books again lol!

Thanks all.

Its part of the 7000+ years of heritage and genetics. There are some cultural differences. And it is not a religious in anyway. BTW the romans slaughtered the last Druids in Anglesey, an island off the northtwest coast of Wales. (Cymru).

Just reading the word Cymru triggers this memory from one of her books :) It's such a very cool bunch of people. I am from the Baltics so we are also ex pagans :)) tree huggers dancing around the bonfire kind of people. well at least we were more devout to it in the past :)

For me the most important thing is simply not being Anglo-Saxon. I guess it's a state of mind as much as anything else.
