    Well, in that case, he may like you but not be interested in anything else...with you. I've been in that position and frequently women don't know how to take no for an answer. Apparently women are so used to be pursued, they can't imagine any man not being interested.

    i'm sorry for being blunt, but basically its his polite way to say he doesn't love you and isn't really interested in you. you need to move on and find someone who will know what he wants.
