What does it mean if i often dream there is a snake on light fixture over my head then i wake up?

well another explanation might be too look at the snake as in medical terms ,the symbol for medicine is a snake around a staff ,so this dream might be trying to nudge you in the direction of either pursuing some sort of medical field ,OR it might be suggesting the need for medical attention .
the light is telling you to WAKE up ..to see something more clearly .
the negative might be there is someone in your life who is being sneaky and underhanded and time for you to wake up to it ,to see that more clearly .
