    Means that you need to stop ... if pains persist ; go to E/R , especially if they travel to your chest /heart ...

    Could be a sign of heart troubles/disease. Could be something much less serious, but you better head to the doctor and find out.

    Youre over working yourself. Or maybe just a heart attack. Don't worry, its perfectly normal for aging adults. Consult your doctor.

    I get that from an injury so if its the same symptom you really should see a doctor. If not try doing your aerobics prior to any weight training.

    start strectching your deltoids and start doing arm circles to get those fluids going so your bones arent deteriortating your cartilage so quick
