It means i am samll part of a massive game that will only end in disaster.
Right you are, bucko.
It means I was lucky enough to be born here. I don't take it for granted.
As a non US citizen currently living in the US, I have to agree with you.
It means that your government treats you like a piece of property to be mined wherever you go. And to have a target on your face wherever you go.
A lot of people say the US is a great place to live, but you wouldn't want to be our neighbors. Unfortunately the world is becoming smaller by the year.
Upset at the materialism around us, while we're in line to purchase our new iPad.
Disgusted at devious maneuvering of our voted-in political crooks, as we fail yet again to take any stand of strength against our own system's corruption.
Cranky at the massive rates doctors and clinics charge, as we're taking each deliriously delicious bite of unhealthy food.
Yet somehow hopeful despite the disasters we're mired in.
Hated by haters.
I'm proud to be an American but like alot of people I hate my government.
(not american) but to me it will always mean better opportunity
It means you come from or immigrated to the US, same as ever.
Everyone hates us but they have to deal with it, because we bring guns!
not alot because i am from the united kingdom, but not proud of it
From the outside.
You guys need a political overthrow.
Not from an invading force.
You guys need to get your own country back.
I am at the center of the destructing force.
