Generally speaking, in dreams like these, it means that something you do will "give birth" to something greater. It's sort of like, inspiration inside of you waiting come out. And when it does, you will create something that you will need to take care of. It's like a child in that if you don't take care of the child, the child will not take care of you. heavensloss	Posted Apr 14th, 2009 at 1:47AM there's a superstition in my family that when you dream of being pregnant or giving birth then there will be a death in the family and vice versa. now i've had dreams where i was pregnant and others where i was giving birth and no one died. however, i've noticed around the time i dream about someone dying, someone i know finds out soon after that they're pregnant.
