What does it mean when others have dreams about you?

My cousin had a dream about me in this dream was my friend which is a boy who she also knows what is funny is the boy and myself were naked?
Then my friend the boy said his ex girlfriend had a similar dream to my cousin's dream?
Both dreamers don't no each other?????
So here goes me and my good friend the boy was in the same house getting out of the bath?
when my cousin dreamed it she came to my house and i answered the door coming out of the bath telling her that the boy was there.
when his ex girlfriend dreamed it she went to his house he answered the door coming out of the bath then both coming in to see me in the bath.
Please explain................................................x
