I am a nurse. It can mean many things, but first of all it is likely a result of low blood pressure. Make sure you are drinking enough water and avoid heat. Get it checked at your doctors.
Make sure your salt intake is adequate. Maybe eat a bad of c hips.
You had better start doing them.
sounds like vertigo. better get to the doctor
It could be a lot of things like ear infection, vertigo. You don't do drugs but have you been drinking more than the usual?I would get something to eat and drink and rest for awhile. If it persists go see a physician then come back and ask the same question only furnish us with the right answer.
Like everyone else said, low blood pressure called postural hypotension, or perhaps some sort of dysautonomia. Stand up slower, and clinch your stomach and leg muscles or wear compression stockings.
When you stand up quickly after laying down or sitting for a while you will experience a brown out, where your vision blurs and you feel light headed. It's due to insufficient blood flow to the head because you did not allow enough time for your body to adjust, quite simply put, the action of standing up quickly causes an unsafe drop in blood pressure. Just try standing up more slowly next time.
Decreased blood flow to the brain can occur because 1) the heart fails to pump the blood; 2) the blood vessels don't have enough tone to maintain blood pressure to deliver the blood to the brain; 3) there is not enough blood or fluid within the blood vessels; or 4) a combination of reasons one, two, or three above.<br />
syncope can be caused by deydration, medications, diabetes, pregnancy, anemia, heart conditions, age, and more
