    could mean alot of things but what have you eaten lately?? usually when those 3 symptoms occur together it can mean you may be anemic or you may not be eating properly...try having 3 small meals a day with snacks in between...doesnt have to be healthy or anything but your body needs to get used to processing food on a regular basis :) for now just try snacking througout the day with a good meal in the am and a small dinner...that way it wont sit in your belly all night and youll have more energy during the day

    Take Alka-Seltzer and aspirin and go back to bed for awhile. See if that helps. :)

    yes i agree too its nerves..try closing your eyes and taking some deep breaths and letting it out slowly
