I agree with Leonie. Most dreams of this nature signify anxiety. Your anxiety may not even be surrounding your cousin! This may just be an easy way for your mind to manifest a physical tie to your anxiety.

HOWEVER, if you consult a dream dictionary most will tell you that death may point to a pregnancy. Any chance you or someone surrounding your cousin is pregnant?!

Old tales say if you dream of death it means that someone will get married I know it sounds stupid, but after all it is an old tale. I will say this not to frighten you though. I dreamt of my daughters funeral and a couple of months later she did pass away. I guess I'm physic?

In dream interpretation, death often means a new beginning. It means the beginning of a new journey, but not often does it mean death. Were the circumstances surrounding the death the same each time? I suppose it's always possible that you did dream of an impending death, but that's extremely rare. And likely you would know if you had the power to foretell someone's death before now...
