Try starting a bed time ritual. Silence your Cellphone or tablet 30 min before bed, in fact no electronics at all, take a bath or maybe read in bed, something relaxing, and try for the same time every night. It should help regulate your sleeping a bit.
You may need to go to sleep and get up at the same time every day.
