You might have a deficiency in magnesium, or bad circulation? Might want to see a doctor.

Will look into it...my doc told me I had Reynauds disease...but it doesnt do anything bad to you...just makes your ears, nose & hands & feet all cold without notice....it sucks...I am a big guy too...and after a workout is when it happens most. No woman will let me touch them like this...it really feels like ice sometimes

I wish mine got cold, I was so overheated this morning. Couldn't wait to get those running shoes off.
