This is interesting. She means it as a compliment or she wouldn't say it. There are classic lines that look very good on either gender. It has to do with facial symmetry and shape. If a guy has a symmetrical face and a slim body chances are very good that he would look good in feminine attire.
I do think it means she finds you attractive as well. Remember, you are not attractive because you think you are attractive (though that can help). You are attractive because the opposite gender thinks you are attractive.
