Get frustrated, mad, cry, sleep, and sometimes pray
For me, retire to my bed and sleep, bad habit, born out of depression. Prior to that, say OK this is the situation, what can I do to make the best of it. I can still do it for others, just not me at the moment :(
I am depressed, have insomnia, sleep a lot in the day, read at night, read on EP or other sites. Basically hide myself away.
NOT HEALTHY by the way, continue to fight it.
