means one person has rated story or question

But since the choice to like my own question or answer isn't available, does that mean ep is assuming I like it? Because it appears to always post with one rating on it, every time.

..so it doesn't mean I'm rated number one? ..well that kinda stings a little. a'and just after I answered a question with "I would rather be hurt with the truth than comforted with lies." I think Im going to go change my answer now.
